This position will manage all works in piping layout, pipe routing, support design, stress analysis, PMS/VMS, MTO control, material requisitions, bid evaluation and 3D design model review.  This position will responsible for issue of all piping deliverable documents. Organize inputs and supervise for preparation general layout, equipment layout, key plans, support design, isometrics, material take offs, stress analysis, pipe material specifications and material requisitions. About you   To be a successful candidate, you must possess: Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in Pharmaceutical industry/project Good knowledge of S3D / PDMS / Navisworks E

We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer 2 to join the Corporate Risk Business Architecture, and Business Process Management Team. Business Process Management (BPM) is a management discipline for defining, measuring, improving, and governing business processes so that Wells Fargo can deliver consistent, desired outcomes for our customers, manage our operations efficiently and effectively, and strengthen risk management and compliance. Market Job Description

Responsibilities:

Process Improvement
  • Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-LOB, enterprise-wide process design and reengineering initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires specialized knowledge or skill critical to the redesign effort in a matrix leadership environment
  • Develops root cause analysis and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates
  • Utilizes tools such as iGrafx, simulations, statistical analysis, RACI diagrams, Pareto, regressions, sampling, etc. to formulate analyses and derive recommendations.
  • Develop improvement approaches within businesses and across lines of businesses that are holistic, customer focused to understanding business processes and workflow through Wells Fargo and identify and help prioritize new initiatives to drive business strategy, mitigate potential risks and control gaps, financial return, and/or positive customer impact
  • Establishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements - Including the developing metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Provide advanced statistical analysis for business leaders, project teams, and managers as required. In addition, provide basic and advanced measurement approaches and mechanisms to ensure we are managing the process and producing the designed results
  • Incorporates retrospective review of changes to include performance tracking and analysis, effective controls.
  • Consults with leaders to understand, influence, adapt analysis, and create alternatives for consideration.
  • Leverages business acumen effectively to impart relevant information to business partners and matrixed leadership. Influences primarily peers to VP level managers to drive results and bring issues to resolution.
  • The sharing of lessons learned and best practices with others throughout the organization when appropriate
Partner & Collaborate
  • Provides assistance in the development and advancement of our common enterprise Operational and Process Excellence framework, methods, techniques, tools, training, and language. Including the development of new process improvement techniques and services
  • Drives business awareness of our common enterprise operational and process excellence methods, techniques, tools, etc.
  • Assists the development of our enterprise Operational and Process Excellence Curriculum and Training Materials
  • Provides assistance and leadership of our enterprise process improvement professional support services - Including the identification and managing of resources, including cross-entity members, to successfully execute projects
  • Provides consultation on the use of reengineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality

Market Skills and Certifications

Essential

Qualifications
  • 10- 12 years of Experience in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement capabilities, Expertise with Project Management Tools
  • Experience in implementation of Capability Maturity Models (COPC/ISO/CMM/PCMM)
  • Domain experience (Technology - e.g.-Application maintenance & development/Operations - e.g. Mortgage process/Corporate Functions)
  • Black Belt (Certified). Demonstrated success as a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma (Lean, DMADV, DMAIC
  • High Level of technical skills including advanced MS Office and Visio skills and statistical packages like Minitab JMP, SPSS
  • Strong analytic and project management experience leading large cross functional projects.
  • Process Definition, Modeling, Implementation, Process Metrics, Quality / Process Models and frameworks like CMMI, ISO, ITIL, Prince, PMI
  • Mentoring; Implementation of BU/LOB-wide Improvement Programs

Qualifications
  • Experience in implementation of Capability Maturity Models (COPC/ISO/CMM/PCMM)
  • Design capability and Program Management experience in leading large niche business cross functional projects. - SWAT Projects / TOM.
  • Exposure in driving end to end Domain intensive business process re-engineering and business transformation projects
  • Prior experience of working as an internal consultant with a Global Banking Financial firm shall be preferred
