This position will manage all works in piping layout, pipe routing, support design, stress analysis, PMS/VMS, MTO control, material requisitions, bid evaluation and 3D design model review.  This position will responsible for issue of all piping deliverable documents. Organize inputs and supervise for preparation general layout, equipment layout, key plans, support design, isometrics, material take offs, stress analysis, pipe material specifications and material requisitions. About you   To be a successful candidate, you must possess: Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in Pharmaceutical industry/project Good knowledge of S3D / PDMS / Navisworks E

Responsibilities involves 3D design/modelling of piping, equipment and structure and 2D drafting of plot plan, plant/piping arrangement drawings for various process plants.    
  A first-class Diploma in mechanical engineering from reputed institutes with a consistently excellent academic record.
Good command on AutoCAD plant 3D and AutoCAD (2D) software is must. 
Experience in equipment modelling tool, Inventor will be an added advantage.
2 to 10 years of relevant experience in 3D design and drafting of process plant.
Knowledge of materials and designation as per international codes such ASME, EN, IS etc. 
Knowledge of piping isometrics and piping deliverables. 
  
Knowledge of various standards for pipes, tubes, flanges and fittings as per international codes.

• 3D Pipe planning using SP3D
• Preparation of Piping detailed drawings
• Review the Layout 3D model for all design, accessibility, Maintainability, constructability using Navis Works, SPR softwares.
• Reviewing Equipment Vendor GADs and finalizing Nozzle orientations as per Layout feasibility and Design basis.
• Preparation of Detailed Piping routing (Layout) as per the requirements using P&IDs and other Vendor Packages.
• Checking the feasibility and modelling of supports for critical and non-critical lines.

Extraction and Checking of Isometric drawings, with BOM in correlation with P&ID, end connectivity and validity as per PMS, Process line list & other vendor drawings.

• Maintenance Path Layouts, Pipe support Layout drawing.
• Extraction and Checking Piping MTO
• Specific Skills:
Pipe supports Modelling by Using MDS in PDMS or Pelicon Forge in PDS.
