This position will manage all works in piping layout, pipe routing, support design, stress analysis, PMS/VMS, MTO control, material requisitions, bid evaluation and 3D design model review.  This position will responsible for issue of all piping deliverable documents. Organize inputs and supervise for preparation general layout, equipment layout, key plans, support design, isometrics, material take offs, stress analysis, pipe material specifications and material requisitions. About you   To be a successful candidate, you must possess: Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in Pharmaceutical industry/project Good knowledge of S3D / PDMS / Navisworks E

We Make Real What Matters

Based on the deep experience and process knowledge in the branches design and implement automation concepts for projects being executed. Discussion and verification of the concepts with the partners, customers and team lead. Ability to derive the easiest solution fitting to the requirements using the most advanced tools for the implementation (Comos, others).

Consulting for regional partners and customers project contacts. Bi-directional style of working, always open for feedback from the team. Preparation of sharp quotations with a risk&chances assessment. Supporting several projects as shared resource in parallel. Productivity 100%.

Expert process knowledge in minimum one of the branches supported by the GEC. Expert in understanding of P&ID diagrams and automation concept descriptions and interpretation. Implementation of plant automation concepts, design of interlocks, start-up and shutdown sequences. Understanding of open and closed controller concepts and their installation in the field. Optimization of closed loop controllers with SIMIT and on site. Testing of complex logic structures in FAT and commissioning on site.

What You Need To Make Real What Matters

More than 9 years experience as project engineer in relevant process domain

Expert level process experience and knowledge in minimum 2 of the branches pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, water/waste water and/or glass. Verification of customers basic design and development of automation solutions for several projects in parallel. Interface to the lead engineer/project manager partner regions for technical topics.

DCS Systems: PCS7 engineering, testing and commissioning expertise
Scada Systems: Simatic S7, TIA & WinCC engineering, testing and commissioning expertise

Engineering tools: COMOS Software engineering, PCS7 Plant Automation Accelerator, SIDEC

Batch processes: Simatic batch engineering, testing and commissioning expertise

Good self integration in international project teams. Easy adaption of European US and/or Middle east working styles. Social integration in the Host Countries.
Self driven, self challenging working style, taking ownership and solution oriented.
Excellent English language skills not slang colored.
Interested in traveling, visited already countries preferred in Europe and/or North America.
