This position will manage all works in piping layout, pipe routing, support design, stress analysis, PMS/VMS, MTO control, material requisitions, bid evaluation and 3D design model review.  This position will responsible for issue of all piping deliverable documents. Organize inputs and supervise for preparation general layout, equipment layout, key plans, support design, isometrics, material take offs, stress analysis, pipe material specifications and material requisitions. About you   To be a successful candidate, you must possess: Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in Pharmaceutical industry/project Good knowledge of S3D / PDMS / Navisworks E

Job Description and Qualifications



Principal Account Abilities

  • Preparation of E&I Construction Bid Breakdown (Bill of Quantity) from PID’s, PFD’s and Layout Inputs.

  • Prepare Inhouse cost estimation for the Package (Base on Direct Indirect cost)

  • Maintain Cost Key and Price Master by Updating information 

  • Preparation of RFQ E&I Construction Package for Vender/Contractor.

  • Attend the Pre-Bid Meeting with Vender/Contractor. New Vender/ Contractor development.

  • Obtains Bids from Vender/ Contractor and Identify qualified Vender and Price Negotiation.

  • Prepare the Cost analysis Report by collecting analyzing and summarizing the information and Market Trends.

  • Work with Construction team & Subcontracting Team in Project execution stage providing them the Inputs on Contracts and Validation of Contractor RA Bill as per company process

  • Work with Project Cost Control team in Project execution stage providing them the Inputs and Preparation of ETC for Construction Package.

  • Reconciliation (True ups) of E&I Construction quantity Vs. PO quantity at the end of the Project.

  • Preparation of Final Reconciliation (True ups) and signoff the same with subcontracting Team.

  • Supporting global Team from India in various activities.

  • In-house Development and Preparation of Cost Benchmark for India Project Execution team

  • Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Requirement and Qualification

  • 7-8 Year of E&I Construction Estimation Experiences Required with 1-2 Year of Site Experiences is preferable.

  • Education – MIN Diploma or BE in Electrical or Instrumentation

  • Skid or Module experiences will be Plus.
  • Previous Experience working with EPC Company.
  • Fluent Communication skill in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

  • Flexible to work on site for small duration (2-3 week)

  • High Energy and Responsive Team member interested to take initiative and work in fast-paced environment.

  • Knowlagent of any Estimating software will be plus.
